Welcome to Wyoming STARS!
Wyoming STARS (Statewide Training
and Resource System). STARS is an umbrella program funded by
the Department of Family Services. The
STARS Board of Review
provides recommendations regarding the STARS Program.
We have four programs that fall under Wyoming STARS.
Child Care Scholarship was formerly a part of STARS but is now administered by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. To see what services are available to child care providers, please start here.
