STARS Board Of Review
The STARS Board of Review makes recommendations to the Wyoming Department of Family Services and Wyoming STARS regarding the STARS program. Ultimately, the decision-making power rests with the Wyoming Department of Family Services. The STARS Board of Review has four meetings annually as needed. Board members are expected to attend all meetings and be active participants. The STARS Board of Review members hold three-year terms.
STARS Board Of Review FAQ
- Do they have to travel to meetings? Yes, on occasion although some meetings are via conference call.
- Do they get paid? No
- If they have to travel to meetings do they get reimbursed for expenses? Yes, for mileage and meals at the state rate. If there is an overnight stay the Wyoming Children’s Action Alliance will pay for the hotel room.
